As a sought-after executive coach and life strategist, Shameka M. Brown draws from her own professional journey to help leaders thrive with less sacrifice. In 1999, she began her career as a junior copywriter in advertising, navigating the challenges of standing out in corporate spaces. 

Since 2019, she has focused on executive coaching, workshops and speaking engagements. Her superpower is helping clients navigate professional ambitions and personal well-being, to create their most optimal lives. 

Shameka is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Syracuse University. She later earned her master’s degree from the VCU Brandcenter and her executive coaching certification from Columbia University. She is also a certified practitioner of the Neethling Brain Instruments® (NBI®,) Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS) and the Hogan HPI, HDS and MVPI assessments.
