This virtual, group coaching program offers safe space for women and female-identifying folx of the African diaspora to get clear on what’s next. Over 6 weeks, we walk down a path together toward greater alignment between your intentions, your goals and your own expectations.

Cohort Composition

Each cohort offers 10 seats. Rolling solo? Feel free to join an upcoming cohort. Have your own group in mind? We can select a weekly time slot that works best.

This is intended to be an affinity-based program, to foster psychological safety more easily and build community that lasts beyond the program’s end. However, if you’d like a more inclusive experience, we can curate a cohort of participants with a similar preference.

Timing

Each group session is 90 minutes and occurs weekly. Each participant will schedule their one-on-one session during Week 3, via Calendly. There is also an accountability check-in, 30 days after the 6-week program ends. The timing also allows for participation across multiple time zones.

    Who do I think I am? Examining our self-narratives and any resulting negative self-talk.

    What are my gifts? Separating perception from reality and exploring (mis)beliefs about ourselves.

    1:1 Executive Coaching Session. A private session at the midway point, to check-in on your self-discovery.

    Why am I here? Rewriting our narrative, dreaming bigger and setting ourselves up for success.

  • ✓ Session 5

    Am I an imposter? Identifying Imposter Syndrome and stamping it out by exploring self-worth.

  • ✓ Session 6

    What is my next step? Visualizing our best outcomes and solidifying new intentions for your year.

  • ✓ Session 7

    Bonus Session. A 30-day check-in, post-program to discuss progress, wins and challenges.

 FAQs

  • Unfortunately, once the cohort is curated, the doors close. A new arrival would disrupt the psychological safety we start building in Session 1.

  • There are no makeup sessions. We encourage participants to choose a cohort that they can prioritize across the six weeks.

  • Yes! The maximum cohort size is 10. We welcome groups of friends, family and framily who are ready to grow together. Groups can also have additional flexibility to choose a weekly time that can work better with everyone’s schedules.

  • The one-on-one coaching session is offered in lieu of Session 3. The coaching window is open for approximately 10 days. A Calendly link will be sent for scheduling.

  • If a curated group would like to begin virtually and complete the last two or three sessions in-person over a long weekend, that can be arranged. Additional fees will apply.

  • We are gearing up to offer Me, Myself & EYE four times per year, at a minimum.

  • Yes! If your desired cohort is full, you can join the waitlist. The waitlist remains open up until 24 hour of the program start date. You will be notified if you come of the waitlist. but, if the waitlist doesn’t open, you will also be given priority in the next cohort.

  • If you’re interested, but unsure, we encourage you to attend one of our info sessions in December. We’re happy to answer any questions in that forum.

  • We are currently prioritizing development for woman or female- identifying. But, we can add you to the waitlist for a future cohort.
